Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery, with items unused and in their original packaging. Submit a request with your order number. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.
Every system includes a limited warranty covering manufacturing defects and hardware failures under normal use, plus US-based technical support. Accidental damage and unauthorized modifications are not covered.
Confirm the power cable is firmly seated at both ends and that the power supply switch on the back is set to "I". Try another outlet, and make sure your monitor is on and set to the correct input. If it still won't start, contact us at support@bytedepotusa.com.
Power off and unplug the computer first. Mount a 2.5"/3.5" drive in an open bay and connect the SATA data and power cables, or insert an M.2 SSD into its slot. Then open Windows Disk Management to initialize and format the new drive. If you're unsure, contact us before you begin.
